Doran Rosie D 2019 Tasting Notes

Grapes were picked at 21 Balling specifically for Rosé making, cooled overnight to 5 ̊C, destemmed and crushed the next morning, and left for 2 hours skin contact for its tickled pink colour. This followed by a delicate press cycle to ensure optimum freshness.
Fermentation:The wine was fermented at 11 ̊C resulting in slow even fermentation over 20 days, respecting the fruit and freshness and securing it into the bottle.
Winemaker's notes:Rosie D captures summer with a splash of strawberry and raspberry aromas on cloud of candy-floss. This invites you to a sip and leaves your palate refreshed and ready for more...
