This classic Cabernet that's suitable to drink at anytime and is extremely versatile as a partner for various foods or to just to be enjoyed on it's own.
This Cabernet shows plenty of fruity drinkability right now but with the tantalising promise of lip smacking maturity to come. Black fruits abound, with black cherries, currants and berries coming to the fore, all edged with hints of olive tapenade, dark chocolate and sun-dried tomato on the nose. Soft subtle tannins with a fresh acidity add to the concentrated fruit and depth of taste but still with a smooth round finish in the mouth.
